I had a quick question, so I jumped on Messenger for the live chat support, the representactive who helped me did an excellent and professional job with ansering my questions about some of the features of their pricing plans, which I think their small limitation of multiple platforms on the advance and pro plans takes a few of points off Dsers overall score. But their Messenger chat support was great. 5-stars to the representactive who helped me.

She responded to my request very quickly, and throughout the interaction, she was courteous and professional. Rin was the best, I was so confused with many of the settings, I'm new to drop shipping and RIn help me step by step on how to set up the selling of the products and the price for sale with pictures and text using the chat app. I was really please with the costumer service provided it to me. o suporte é muito bom. falamos pelo aplicativo menssager e tive todas as questões respondidas. a única coisa que não achei bom foi o caso do aplicativo suportar a TEMU mas, ainda assim sermos impossibilitado de fazer o drop devido as politicas da temu em que possivelmente os nossos cliente receberam as embalagens com a logo da temu. nesse caso na minha opinião faz faz sentido ter a temu aqui. do resto tudo muto bom.
