Shayla a été vraiment formidable ! Elle a été super patiente avec moi. J'ai beaucoup de difficulté avec la technologie et elle a réussi à me sécuriser et à régler tous les problèmes que j'avais. C'est vraiment une personne compétente, aimable et surtout super patiente. Je vous la recommande chaudement car elle règle bien les choses même si c'est compliqué. DSers refused to honor its own published refund policy for unused annual subscriptions. I had 8–9 months unused, placed no orders through DSers, and requested a partial refund. Support denied it based on undocumented “system / fiscal year” rules that do not exist in their Terms of Service or refund policy, then closed the ticket without a refund.
