App support doesn’t understand even the simplest issues. They are not aware of the app features. They don’t know English, and when we want to translate, they give false information like “English is our native language.” Even the smallest matter takes hours. Instead of fixing bugs, they brush it off by saying, “we tested it, it works.” I spoke with Leona, but all the support agents are like this.

I had the pleasure of working with Zico from the DSers support team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Zico was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly understood my issue, guided me step by step, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. What stood out most was the clear communication and the extra effort to ensure I felt confident moving forward. It’s rare to find customer support that truly goes above and beyond, but Zico did exactly that. great support of rita really helping me out. also when dsers has some flaws with deactivating automatic pricing. rita helped me out. support is really great there. five stars. and hopefully that flaw is fixed soon by dsers
