Excellent support! The response time was incredibly fast. I contacted the DSers support team to change my store currency, and they handled the entire request in less than 5 minutes. They replied almost immediately, understood exactly what I needed, and changed the currency without any unnecessary back-and-forth. Very efficient and professional customer service. Thank you!

Hi, I would like to request the cancellation and refund of the €43.82 charge for the DSers-AliExpress Dropshipping app. The charge was billed to my Shopify account today, August 9, 2026, and I no longer want to use this app. The app has already been uninstalled, but I was still charged €43.82 for the period August 6–September 5. Could you please cancel this charge/subscription and issue a full refund of €43.82 to my original payment method? Bill number: #570432605 I would really appreciate your help with this. Thank you.

Mobile completely different to desktop, and that's ok, because the support that I have gotten from Ava @Dsers support has made it possible to achieve i managed to get the basics done, thank you for the help Ava.! <3 Shopify, you should be very grateful to have people like Ava @ Dser support ava has single handedly stopped me from uninstalling this app and writting a bad review. DSers human support team is very responsive, responsible and intelligent to understand the importance of human interaction when all the tech and mechanical AI solutions get stuck and unable to understand the difficulties of non tech human entrepreneurs on the other side.
