Beware of DSers' refund tactics. They promised a full $49.90 refund, but only returned ~$40—shorting the total by deducting $7.48 in "Shopify fees" and $1.45 in "processing fees." When confronted, they refuse to take accountability and continuously tell you to ask Shopify for reimbursement. Shopify confirmed directly that they held zero dollars from this transaction and that DSers is solely responsible for processing the remaining balance. Rather than resolving a clear mistake, DSers support sends you in endless loops hoping you'll give up over a small amount. Extremely unprofessional service.
when I use DSers, and have a question, the support team is always patient and ready to help, always kind and very knowledgable. She not only helped me, but imported the product for me, when my computer slowed down. answering every question clearly. I m greatful for this team to help me set my store.

I was having problems with my default currency being set to another currency other than USD. I sent an email to the support team and I was expecting a day or two to go by before receiving a response. To my surprise, a reply had already came in even before I opened a different app. Elora attended to me swiftly and I'm amazed at the speed of it. And the problem was resolved within minutes.
