had an issue with adding a 3rd store to my advanced plan, Rita was helping me figure this out, turns out, I can't add a 3rd one unless I upgrade to Pro plan. claiming the 10 stores are just when linking a Shopify store, not woocommerce. A bit disappointed as I found it misleading... nonetheless, the support personnel was nice...

I have my small online shop on Shopify and I am currently working with DSers and David. David is very polite, he answers really fast and he is ready to help anytime. He always helps me with any problems. DSers really helps a lot with my Shopify shop. I can easily import new products and fulfill my orders.

Today we had an amazing customer service experience with Villanelle! She was fabulous! We were having an issues placing an order, and she tried everything to get us connected, which she did! I had to leave in the middle of the chat, and she stayed on, helping other people while I was gone and then helped me again! I have never had anyone do that for me before. Definitely a 5-star customer service representative!!
