First time I needed the D-Sers support, and I was surprised how efficient it is. All the contact was made through emails with very quick responses. Jesse the customer support attendant always answered quickly and helped me in a couple minutes to solve an issue I was facing. Outstanding communication and highly effective. Many thanks.

The app is an absolute nightmare. Orders always have a problem when being placed. Api charges extra shipping costs that do not exist. Customer service although helpful does not know most of the time what the problem is. If a ticket is launched no one checks it and gets back to you. Customer phone numbers never get synced properly. Some products do not sync the correct price and ends up in a loss when placing an order and so on and so fourth. There is a list of problems which I cannot possibly post all. I will be soon leaving this app for another app. Very disappointed!!!

Olivia with the DSERs team was Great! Fast, Fabulous Screen Shots, and very helpful! My experience thus far with all my interactions (and there have been several) have been Fabulous - while the outcome may not have been what I would have wished for on the supplier end - the DSERs (especially Olivia) have been great to work with.
