The app sometimes is failling as well as is not as expected, About the cht service and the operators almost allways are able to fix the issues incurred but heyare a 10 / 10 note

After using the app for a year, I discovered that this app sometimes makes you pay a significant amount more than what you would manually fulfilling orders on aliexpress. There's about a 10% difference on some orders. The app provides a lot of time savings, but it comes at the expense of some cash savings.

I love and would recommend Isak for anyone needing help with Dsers and implementing Aliexpress to your website. Especially for submitting and paying for your first order. I'm brand new to online business and he was tremendous help. Also he responded to my questions with kindness and patience. He even offered to help me with any more questions I had and walked me step by step through the whole process. Thanks again Isak for yourhelp. I was getting frustrated on my own. Now my first customer will get her product

The app is not working their servers are not functioning properly randomly. Now i get mapping error and i have 500 orders waiting to fulfilll and i cannot fulfill them cause their app is broken once again!!!!!!!!

Adele from Dsers was really fantastic customer support agent - Adele helped all my issues for how to import from aliexpress, how to do the fulfillment orders and how to import the product to shopfiy. Everything very instantly. Adele has a great knowledge and i never experience such a fast customer support service. Great and Fantastic job Adele.
