On the positive side DSers support if far more efficient then Shopify and DSers support team is very friendly and helpful. Honest feedback I spent way to much time editing description of products that advertised other business and lured customers from my "onlineshopau.com" and I was not happy about this at all as I spent many long nights working hard on my business and i dont think this is fair at all. Another issue is I also needed to adjust so many different settings to get a desired outcome. e.g shipping rate, product pricing - It should be very simple we all would like honest wholesale pricing so we can offer better deals to our customers when in actual fact we are being charged more the the products actually advertised for a the suppliers website. Again DSers support team is maybe one of the best I have experienced in a long time. If they sorted out all these small but major issues they would be hard to beat.

Highly Recommend this App and its Customer service Provider. Had an issue with Dsers Dropshipping through the Tiktok Sale channel. I contacted Dsers support person "Selena" and she guided me very well. Thank you for your help.

I just finished chatting with Chris, who was able to resolve the issue I had for me super quickly. He was explaining every step to me in real time, providing detailed indications with images, a video of the process and eventually he fixed it for me. I am honestly very impressed by the customer service and especially by Chris. I was worried I would have to chat with a bot, but I got an angel instead

Today I had the opportunity to have Ms. Wendy for my DSers customer service “Live Chat." representative. She went above and beyond to help me navigate through my shipping crisis. Wendy's excellent customer service absolutely made my day. I felt like she held my hand every step of the way. She did a great job trouble shooting the issue, answered all my questions, and included screen shots for clarity. The best part is she stayed with me until the issue was resolved and my customer’s order was fulfilled successfully. Ms. Wendy exceeded my expectations, resolved my issue and definitely made my experience with her and DSers the BEST part of my day. I recommend DSers 100% for your online Aliexpress service.
