I was stuck for hours when I ran into a remapping issue and couldn't properly fulfill an order. Luckily, Alicia came to the rescue! She gave me clear instructions and screenshots which allowed me to fix the problem. Her expertise and patience were both top-tier. (They need to give her a raise in salary!)

Not only was my support query resolved for me, I was given step by step clear instructions with screenshots so that I would be able to quickly resolve the issue next time. Lord have mercy I was feeling defeated this evening but luckily I was connected with someone who was patient, knowledgeable and sincere. I was able to figure out what was happening with my store and i'm extremely grateful for the level of customer that i received. I had contacted someone else earlier and they could not help me at all but this person figured it out and i just wish them nothing but goodness.
