The customer support is really good! You can ask anything and within 3 min you have the answer to all your problems. Neva helpt me and it was perfect! Dsers itself is also a really good platform for product fulfilment!

This week I received my first order to my new shopify ecommerce store. I couldn't get the order placed with AliExpress and contacted DSers email support in a panic! Sherry replied and sent me detailed instructions including screen shots and quickly solved my problem, I would like to express my thanks to Sherry and the DSers team for their prompt and clear help. I would recommend DSers to any other new ecommerce store owners. The app is brilliant.
