I thought I was having a sign in issue but come to find out I was trying to enter DSERS outside of my Shopify account so I got help from Bruna who answered my plea for help immediately and that’s how I found out I was not in my Shopify DSERS account. Thank you so much for your quick response Bruna and helping fix my error!!

I am new to this online store business, and has issues with sorting my orders. and made few mistakes. But ISAK one of the online customer support for dser really healped me out to sorting out everything. The guy has depth knowledge and alot of patience to listen to problem first and then provide accurate solution.
