Dsers is great for drop shipping. Customer service is very helpful. To the point, we resolved my issue & Tiffany was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my situation. I learned how to properly fulfill an order along the way. Thanks once again.

I have been using Oberlo for the past three years and when emigrated to Dsers, I was afraid to get stuck with the new platform. Today, I contacted customer service and was happy with the prompt reply and professional attitude from Via. I would like to thank Via for her support - she even created a video for me to understand the process and she also shared screenshots to ensure that I completely get the steps. I was a bit confused at the beginning as people are in general when a change is happening(changed from oberlo to dsers) and I admit, the experience is really good, way more professional and the best part is that I had some questions and I contacted support on messeger and Jessica was there for me to answer all the question in a very professional manner.
