Just migrated from Oberlo and found that Dsers only synch orders from last 2 months. So, I contacted Dsers and Colins helped me synch all my previous orders.

Needed some answers and was able to get a hold of customer service. Chatted with Joey, who was very helpful and directed me to more information that was also helpful. So far, so good using the app. I have been using this app for some time and have been doing very well with it. Tonight, while changing my password, I realized I did not have my old password for some reason. So I had to contact support and had Cyril help me get back on track. I also had to have some help as I was putting a name change to my store as well, and she helped me with that as well. She was very helpful and knew how to take care of a couple of things I overlooked.

I've just started using the app, migrated over from Oberlo. It's a little complicated to understand so far but can tell it offers a lot of great features that will help my store, such as having a backup supplier. That's been a huge problem for my store so far, the product going out of stock and having to find another one. They also have excellent support and answer right away and work along side with you. Am looking forward to learning more and using the app to the fullest!

Jessica in customer service, helped me yesterday and today with things. She was quick with replying and even went out of her way to map some items for me herself. I assumed transitioning over from Oberlo to DSers was going to be a headache, especially considering how Oberlo customer service usually takes a day to respond but so far with Jessica's help it has been easy.

Excellent app, and attentive customer service, since the migration from Oberlo I can tell Dsers, has a more professional look and way of working. The only thing that is missing compared to Oberlo is the insight on how much you are earning after removing the expense, Oberlo has that and I hope they add this too on Dsers. Thank you! :)

Nephele helped me figure out how to fulfill my first item after switching from Oberlo. Explained and things well and took screenshots to walk me through the process. Later Zoe helped me work through an issue and even helped with an issue with AliExpress that she is surely not required to do.
