Great service and very friendly and competent customer service. I've had it for a relatively long time and if you ever have a problem or question, it is fixed immediately. Very good app highly recommended.

This app was new to my store and Nephele was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in assisting amd answering all my questions. After talking to Nephele, i then realize this app is easy to navigate and organized and offers great customer service. Thank you Nephele!

Who ever wants to start with Dropshipping, Dsers is the way to go! at first it's a bit overwhelming but after some time it gets very easy to use. A Lot of Dropshipper use Oberlo but Dsers ist like Oberlo on Steroids + it's less expensive/free. I highly recommend Dsers if you need a reliable way to handle your orders, its super fast with the API and the Support ist also very fast and kind! 1

Dsers Supplier Optimizer is attempting to only show their Tmall items. These items say "Only available on Tmall" but when I do my own search on AliExpress, there are plenty of suppliers with the same item that I tried to find using Supplier Optimizer. Tmall items are more expensive and delivery times are longer. I don't want to source from Tmall and not accurately showing what's available on AliExpress feels very suspicious. I will cancel my subscription and find another way to import AliExpress items. I don't trust that Dsers is being honest about what's available on AliExpress but pushing its own brand in a deceptive way.
