Olivia was SOOOO HELPFUL...I couldn't figure out how to re-map an order but I tell you she was right there step by step to show me and was able to show me what my mistake was before i was able to screenshot it to her.. I am so THANKFUL she was there at the drop of a dime.. I was confused and got aggravated because I couldn't get it but before we was done i had it and was very THANKFUL FOR HER HELP..She helped me before and now again.. I APPRECIATE YOU OLIVIA..Please stay with the company because you are a BIG HELP for people like me..SHE IS A KEEPER

I will be deleting this app. No where near as good as Oberlo for my store. I have had nothing but trouble. prehaps if you have nothing but dropshipping products it may be useful, but if you have a mix of your own physical products and dropshipping its awful. It syncs ALL of your products from your shopify store and if you dont want to see them on DSERS you must one by one cofirm to hide them on DSERS, in addition to that it takes forever to sync with Alibaba. with Oberlo, you hit sync and it happened immediately.
Hello Rubenesque Rider, Thank you for your feedback. I understand that DSers and Oberlo work differently, and that it may take some time to set things up. Please understand that we're trying to improve things. In your case, it's hard to judge, from a technical point of view, which product is physical or not, and while it may take some time to manually "Hide" a product, once it's done, you don't have to do it anymore. I also want to clarify that DSers synchronize things automatically, so you never need to worry about syncing manually. I hope my answers helps, if you have some suggestions on how we can improve things, we would greatly appreciate them. DSers Team

Ich musste von Oberlo nach DSers wechseln. Ich finde jede Veränderung/Migration ziemlich nervig.. Aber was für ein Support und was für eine schöne neue Oberfläche - viel übersichtlicher und intuitiv zu benutzen. Für jeden der die Migration scheut: Keine Angst - alles easy und wenn was nicht klappt - der Support ist mega 24/7 und er hilft bei allen Fragen top schnell, zuverlässig und geht auch "komische" Fragen des Endbenutzers geduldig ein. DANKE an Support-DSers-Help-Center... Ihr habt es mir sehr einfach gemacht.

I connected with the team and especially Luna very late. The Luna responded right way something I did not expect at that late night. Excellent support service, fast Dsers management interface, I find it better than Oberlo from my experience. Only one feedback I would give would be to implement a way to delete multiple pictures by checkbox instead to have to confirm many times on each single picture :)
