So far so good. I do like the automation of fulfilment which Oberlo never really did well. I also like the variant mapping, especially BOGO and Bundles. That is a game changer. Customer service is great.

She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I accidently fullfilled order myself, she cancelled it and had me redu. She also showed me how to process orders from dser to aliexpress. Great employee.

Having migrated less than 24 hours ago, it at first was a bit daunting. You know how you get used to an app and expect a like for like. Having set up and tried all functions apart from a sale, it seems ok. I did have to contact support via messenger and spoke to a fab agent called Nephele who's responses and clear instructions meant my problem was solved. Nephele continued to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. My only gripe currently is that as I was hoping this would be a like for like system albeit looking different, I have found that price change notifications only happen if you're on the free plan for products sold in the last 10 days. This means, for me, that I will now have to upgrade to a paid plan to ensure my pricing is as it should be. So far, so good though. Change isn't always easy, but I will persevere. UPDATE - I have been using DSers for 2 years now and whenever I need support and have contacted them via messenger, they are always responsive. I spoke to Rita today and the response was fast, clear and as much as my problem wasn't resolved, I still received a great service. Thank you Rita!

I switched from Oberlo to Dsers very smoothly and I had a great support from Neva and Garrett. Very professional, fast answers and actions. I recently needed to modify my Dsers account and Vivian was very helpful. Thank you very much!
