This app is a game changer for dropshipping, Clary was so quick to answer to my chat and resolved my problem in less than one minute. I had problems with bulk orders and he spot the problem in seconds and i was able to place my bulk orders. Thank you Clary and DSER you guys rock. Thank you also for the free version of the app.

I used to use Oberlo and was migrated to DSers. I now wish I had done this sooner. So many of the functions in DSers work perfectly and many were paid options from Oberlo! The chat assist I had with Jessica was terrific and they replied within minutes. Honestly what more could you ask for.

the dsers app is sh*t, the usability is rubbish, u dont even show a profit / cost / revenue graph. so many bugs and stupid design flaws in the app.

The app is quite powerful and well structured. Sometimes i feel that the slider on the right side could be bigger as some content and text lines look squeezed or truncated. But overall i like it because it provides a lot of flexibility for mapping variants to products and even different dealers on aliexpress. On top of that they have a 24/7 support hotline which responds immediately. I had a sync problem and Tang from the DSers team helped me with a solution and even more help to understand the processes better. thank you very much Tang and thank you DSers!

Great stuff. I used Oberlo before being moved across to DSer when Oberlo was retired. At first I was unhappy because it meant learning a new backend but actually it is much better and their support it great. I contacted them to run an update on all my pricing, they responded within minutes and solve the issue in no time. Keep it up guys.
