Since Oberlo shut down I have bee using DSers I love the simplicity of Oberlo but the Robustness and automation of DSers is by far superior! higly recomended above any other app!

Migrated from Oberlo. Was eager to get started and fulfil my orders. Being new to the platform i had a few things i needed help with. I spoke with Nephele on their 24/7 facebook chat and they have been so so helpful. Instant responses with detail explanations and screenshots. Would recommend and don't hesitate to switch from oberlo. So many more features

I've been using Oberlo for years and had to swap to DSERS and was a little nervous however their customer service is amazing, they are super quick in getting back to you and helped me out with 100 million questions! Thanks again Levi :)

I have to say that I was having an issue with a different supplier that seemed to be constantly dropping the ball on me. My customer service agent at DSers was OUTSTANDING!!! Every item that was an issue with my other supplier that I could not get sent out was fixed here and every item that was a problem has been found, sourced and is being processed! I am SUPER happy and am VERY thankful that we connected! Thank you so very much! You have gained a new happy customer!

So far so good. I came about using DSers due to Oberlo migration. I appreciate that the transition has been made as seamless as possible, and when I needed assistance I was able to get it without issue.

I received assistance from Jessica today and the experience was very pleasant as she provided me with information as to how the app works and so far everything is working out good and appears to be one two clicks to get started. Got to love business as we deal with issues at record time and Mia sure assisted me today with my issue and provide suggestions for the future with pricing and supplier shipping cost. I am grateful for the support team as they are very kind and helpful and they always save the day. it has been three years since i have had to reach out for support and Rin was the rep that helped me with my questions and concerns. He was very helpful in getting me where i needed to be and was very helpful with information as to moving forward. Today I had the pleasure of working with Nico from DSer's help desk and he was patient with me as we walk through the price range settings for the DSer app it took me some time to get all the information but Nico stayed with me until I fully understood the process of setting pricing for your store. Nico was very helpful and informative about DSer and how it works. I was very happy with the end results.
