I have just migrated to DSers from Oberlo. Having Bit's help through the instant chat, I finished the first order successfully. As a newbie, DSers works smoothly in dropshipping, especially with a responsive and helpful instant chat service. The only issue is to familiarize myself with the new procedure, but it's inevitable.

20220817 I had to update my review to 5 stars, especially for their great support and development team. They worked hard to solve any issue that came up and they are very responsive. ORIGINAL review: I migrated from oberlo. easy process to migrate. BUT even if they support multi store option, they cannot separate them properly. It always opens in the first store you have connected. SOLVED: Also when you try to open an order to Dsers from Shopify it simply won't do it. It will bring the first store and then you'll have to search for the order you want. After a few months of using Dsers i can safely recommend it.

Great customer service. I had an order that needed to be mapped and Emma assisted me today. Emma was quick, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Within seconds, Emma mapped the product and I was able to place the order. Thank you Very much, Emma. I am new to Dsers and so far I find their customer service to be excellent.

Excellent customer service. I have worked with Tiffany and Jessica so far, and they were both accommodating. I came over from Oberlo; I will update my review once I have time to use the app. I don't anticipate any troubles, but there is a learning curve with anything new.

We used this app as a replacement for Oberlo. Seems to work well with integration and syncing with Shopify. Great app to have and use. Your best bet is DSers/ Aurora was really wonderful in assisting me in placing my order correctly. Eliot Grey

there is no basic filter to show out of stock products from ali, making this app fairly useless as now easy way to see or replace out of stock products. amazing that such basic functionality is missing

I used this app to migrate from Oberlo. They are also good as Oberlo. Krystal from the Support team was very thorough and helpful! Update: Eden from customer support quickly helped me on fb messenger. My problem solved in a minute. Super helpful!!

Moved over from Oberlo due to their new integration. Overall positive, however I much prefer the look and layout that Oberlo had as seems cleaner and more user friendly. Had a couple of questions with my first order being placed in DSers, then the customer asking to change colour. Their support was good and gave me advice and screenshots to make cancelling and re-ordering easy. Good team and very helpful. Today another issue and Krystal was super helpful and knowledeagble too :) Have downgraded the rating as the integration did not take care of shipping so when Oberlo removed it my goods would not ship as no shipping profile. No advice on this and Shopify useless. I lost almost a month with no bookings and was not aware until a customer told me they could not buy as says wont ship to their country. Also the dashboard layout, the upload of new products from Dsers to Shopify is clunky and unfriendly. Can´t see eassily where to amned product details, the price updates and when stock low is really not easy to use. I feel that I am going to have to find another more suitable programme.

I had some troubles to manage this plugin, I was able to chat and fix that on messenger in 5 mn, Meena was very helpful ! Like some other customers here, I think oberlo was more user friendly too... I will need some time to get familiar with Dsers
