Still getting to know the app after using Oberlo, so leaving space for a five-star review until I know it more, but has been very easy thus far. Importantly, support via FB messenger has been excellent, Very quick to respond, have access to the backend so they can resolve issues, and have sorted out a couple of wrinkles for me very well. March 1, 2024 Review. Olivia did an excellent job helping me with remapping a product with an order I couldn't fulfill on DSers. Kudos to her. She's a keeper.

Dsersのサポートチームはとにかくクイックで正確に、トラブルや操作方法を具体的に教えてくれます。また商品の欠品対応などではアリーエクスプレス内の差し替え商品のリサーチもしてもらえました。今後もサポートを受けながらDsersを使いこなし売上を獲得していきたいと思います。

Switched from Oberlo - and while DSer is less glitchy and has some better features, in general it is far worse and missing so many core features abs things that just make sense. If you deal with multiple Ali sellers, it is super difficult to tell as it doesn’t sort by seller each order or even let you know the seller's name without clicking through (so combining shipping is a nightmare) … doesn’t even say customers' name … the worst part is orders with multiple Ali orders as it just dumps all tracking numbers and doesn’t say which are for which item. Terrible for customers as they have no way to tell what is where or what to expect. Their support is great but just wish they would spend some time making a what could be a good product more intuitive…

Do not recommend. Had to migrate from Oberlo due to them retiring the product. Disappointed that Oberlo actually suggested it as I have had nothing but issues with it. My biggest concern is that you will not get price sync updates or notifications on any of your products unless you have actually purchased the product via Dser. Which totally defeats the purpose of drop shipping. Still conversing with Dser to find a solution. Very disappointed with product.

I couldn't figure out how to sync my pricing to Dsers product file, and JESSICA was extremely helpful and friendly. She walked me through everything with helpful screenshots so I wouldn't be confused. I felt confident that this app is dedicated to making our lives easier as developpers. Great job, Jessica! Update: I also worked with LENA today who was wonderful and thorough with walking me through my order syncing. She was amazing and provided pics as a guide. Great customer service!

Sometimes new things are hard to get used to but I can see DSer being a really helpful tool for my business. Any issues, DSers’ agents are ready to help you through whatever you need. Jessica was super accommodating and friendly.

Great customer service. Quick with solutions and friendly! Had to reinstall and sync my orders. They were able to solve my problem quick.
