Jessica in customer service, helped me yesterday and today with things. She was quick with replying and even went out of her way to map some items for me herself. I assumed transitioning over from Oberlo to DSers was going to be a headache, especially considering how Oberlo customer service usually takes a day to respond but so far with Jessica's help it has been easy.

Excellent app, and attentive customer service, since the migration from Oberlo I can tell Dsers, has a more professional look and way of working. The only thing that is missing compared to Oberlo is the insight on how much you are earning after removing the expense, Oberlo has that and I hope they add this too on Dsers. Thank you! :)

Nephele helped me figure out how to fulfill my first item after switching from Oberlo. Explained and things well and took screenshots to walk me through the process. Later Zoe helped me work through an issue and even helped with an issue with AliExpress that she is surely not required to do.

I am anew user for this application. seems smooth and fine. I contacted their support via messenger, they are helpful and friendly. One thing I hoped to have is a separate page for notifications, where I can clear the notifications I worked on ( price, availability .. etc ), instead of a button to clear all notifications together. But all in all it is very good. I contacted DSER Support today, and Sylvia helped me very well. She asked to to add a comment about her help. Her help was great, but she kept messaging me to write a review while I was busy with another thing, I asked her to be patient, but she was insisting, which was annoying. I appreciiate her help, but hope she would not chase and be so insisting with people for a review the way she did.

Dsers is really a great app for AliExpress Dropshipping! It was really easy to understand how it works and migration form oberlo works perfect. The customer support is extremely fast, helpful and friendly. 5 Stars!

Emma was absolutely fantastic. Having just migrated from Oberlo she was prompt, super informative and really knowledgeable about DSers. I don't like change but she has given me confidence that my business will continue to be simple now that I'm using DSers. UPDATE: Still having amazing customer service from Dsers. They are ALWAYS online to help and are super efficient. Couldnt be happier with their service!!!
