Can't complain. I used Oberlo before DSERS, this app is much better due to it being able to use the Aliexpress API, and it doesn't block random products like Oberlo. Tang was also great as support.

Joey was awesome great customer service helped me migrate so easily from oberlo. At first, I was nervous but now after his help, I feel more confident in the platform!

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich hatte Probleme bei der Umstellung von Oberlo auf Dsers und mir wurde direkt geholfen. Sehr guter Job meine Bestellungen sind alle bearbeitet. Macht weiter so super Service. So muss es sein!

Just migrated from Oberlo and found that Dsers only synch orders from last 2 months. So, I contacted Dsers and Colins helped me synch all my previous orders.

The move from Oberlo to DSer is rough. Everything is new and different. I received great help from tech support to alleviate my pain. I have yet to understand its ease of use.

Needed some answers and was able to get a hold of customer service. Chatted with Joey, who was very helpful and directed me to more information that was also helpful. So far, so good using the app. I have been using this app for some time and have been doing very well with it. Tonight, while changing my password, I realized I did not have my old password for some reason. So I had to contact support and had Cyril help me get back on track. I also had to have some help as I was putting a name change to my store as well, and she helped me with that as well. She was very helpful and knew how to take care of a couple of things I overlooked.

I've just started using the app, migrated over from Oberlo. It's a little complicated to understand so far but can tell it offers a lot of great features that will help my store, such as having a backup supplier. That's been a huge problem for my store so far, the product going out of stock and having to find another one. They also have excellent support and answer right away and work along side with you. Am looking forward to learning more and using the app to the fullest!
