Great dropshipping app. Customer service is helpful, and bulk order fulfillment is so helpful when scaling. I would like to see the following features in the future: - Review import from AliExpress - Bulk fulfill more than 40 orders at a time - Better variant mapping I spoke with Nephele about an issue today, and I was taken care of super quickly. Hopefully my issue is resolved soon!

So far so good. The app itself is a little more complicated than other apps of this nature, but Customer Service people are serviceable. Today I interacted with Levi, he was polite and helped me to clarify my doubts really fast. I will keep updating in the future for more details about this app once I have more experience with it and I use it more. MARCH 2024 UPDATE: I'm extremely satisfied with DSers, the app and their service keep being top notch. They're reliable and very responsive. I'm very happy after almost 3 years of using this app. They keep my 5 stars. I highly recommend this app and their service for any serious dropshipping business. If your plan is growing your business, DSers is the right company to do it with.

So far this app has been great...Staff have fixed my problem & incase anyone prefers to ship and fulfil orders themselves you can do this. this is definitely one of the fastest importers I've used in my store.
