DSER’s service is really fast and their resolution process is excellent. What I liked the most is that there is a real person available live who listens to your problems and provides solutions in real time. Cyril was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the conversation, and he made sure to ask if I was happy with the resolution before ending the chat. Overall, a great support experience and highly recommended.

I had a great experience with DSers support. Janet from the DSers assistance team was very responsive, attentive, and really helpful throughout the process. The DSers app itself is simple to set up and very easy to use, even for beginners. Everything is clear and well organized. Having a 24/7 support team that is always available and ready to help is a big plus. Overall, a very good experience with both the application and the support team.
