Sean Hutcheson Sr. Outstanding Customer Support Experience I want to take a moment to recognize Teresa from DSers for her truly outstanding customer support. As a new seller facing my very first order issue, I was understandably stressed and disappointed. Teresa immediately stepped in with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She carefully explained the limitations of AliExpress shipping filters, walked me through alternative ways to search for U.S.-based suppliers, and even took the extra initiative to search for replacement suppliers on my behalf. What stood out most was her genuine care and encouragement. Instead of rushing me to a refund, she reassured me, asked me to hold on while she explored every possible option, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, timely, and compassionate, which made a frustrating situation much easier to manage. Teresa went above and beyond what I expected from customer support. She treated my concern as if it truly mattered—and that level of dedication makes all the difference, especially for new sellers. DSers is fortunate to have her on their support team. I recently contacted DSers support (Teresa) regarding a cancelled orders issue with AliExpress, and I’m very impressed with their service. The CSR who assisted me was quick to respond, clearly understood the problem, and resolved it efficiently. The issue is now fully fixed, and everything is working smoothly again. Outstanding customer service from Estefania at DSers! She helped me successfully relink my account to AliExpress so I could continue importing products to my Shopify store without any interruptions. After being charged for DSers Pro, I requested a refund and received inconsistent explanations from support (wrong billing period first, then a different reason to deny the refund). Even after acknowledging an error, DSers changed the justification again instead of resolving the issue, which felt misleading and wasted a lot of time. Before writing this review, I checked public comments/reviews on social media and review platforms and found many similar complaints about unexpected charges and refund requests being refused or handled inconsistently. Based on my experience, if you care about transparent billing and fair refund handling, be very cautious with this app.
