Olivia was very helpful in a super polite way. She gave fast and great advice as well ass information. Really appreciate that she did the little extra to inform about specific stuff that I didn't know about the suppliers, very helpful.

Agent Selena did what she can to assist me. Unfortunately the issue is not resolved but i will contact with her again once i record a video, so the technical support team could try to resolve my issue.
