I recently had an issue that seemed daunting, but thanks to Zico, I found a solution quickly and efficiently from the moment I reached out. Zico was incredibly attentive and genuinely invested in resolving my problems. I am technologically challenged, and he was very patient with me. Zico took the time to understand my concerns and patiently walked me through each step of the process, which I will now go back and write down. His knowledge and expertise were evident, making what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable, what I appreciated most from Zico's friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so very much Zico. How do I get him every time I need help?

Sandy was great. I am new with DSers and very unsure of the entire process. She checked several things for me to make sure they were correct, gave me screenshots and links to help with the process. A major plus, I didn't have to wait for an email to come back after seeking help. Yes it was through messenger but it worked, and worked very well. I recommend Sandy and DSers.
