She unlinked it from the incorrect account and successfully added it to my correct account without any issues. It’s terrible. I accidentally subscribed—there was a free trial period, so I cancelled immediately—but the cancellation didn't go through. I was forced to wait for the charge to process before applying for a refund, and even after contacting support to request one, I still ended up being charged $10.
