Excellent support and fast resolution! I had an issue with an old deleted Shopify store still showing in my DSers account and blocking product imports. today i got an order on Dsers but due to the limitation of the Shipping option by the Main supplier i was unable to fulfilled that order till i ask for help in customer care and today Ms. Luna she assigned to me and supported me well by explaining the whole process and also, i had some doubts for which she help me to clarify it and made smooth order execution i believe with DSers i will have more opportunity to grow my store in the MENA region.
