I had such a great and quite amazing time with Aurora who helped me figure out my store and get it to its operational stage. He helped me safe time figuring out what to do. Her patience and professionalism in dealing with me and my issues which I think at some point were a bit exhausting on her art but she remained calm and focused. DSers has great customer service. There is no wait time, the assistants are very fast and efficient.

DSers refused to honor its own published refund policy for unused annual subscriptions. I had 8–9 months unused, placed no orders through DSers, and requested a partial refund. Support denied it based on undocumented “system / fiscal year” rules that do not exist in their Terms of Service or refund policy, then closed the ticket without a refund.
