I was assisted today by a very knowledge rep in a very quickly and efficient manner. The representative was able to downgrade my account and remove store from my account I will be back once I learn more about ecom thanks for your assistance. Additionally the representative stayed online to assist further with removing an unauthorized store from my account which was a blessing to me thanks thanks

I messaged back and forth with Myra from DSers for over a 3-4hr period. I asked her a million questions and she was patient, quick to find the answer and thorough. She went above and beyond. I really don't know what I would've done if I hadn't been able to message her. It really helped me more than I imagined. She also had great recommendations and was great with directions and telling me how to do something on my end. I am so grateful for this service!
