Rin is absolutely incredible I came in completely stuck on a problem that had me frustrated and ready to give up but Rin completely turned it all around in minutes They explained everything in such a clear and simple way that I actually understood what was going wrong and how to fix it Instead of just giving me a quick answer Rin made sure I learned and felt confident before moving on The whole experience was fast easy and honestly kind of amazing It felt like talking to someone who genuinely cared about helping me and making sure I walked away stress free Rin made something that felt impossible turn into something simple and I left feeling relieved thankful and honestly impressed with how good they are at what they do If you ever get help from Rin consider yourself lucky because they go above and beyond every time

Aurora was more than willing to help. I had had a problem for hours trying to sort it out and then contacted DSERS via messenger. I had gotten a response within a couple of minutes and Aurora talked through what the problem could be. Within five minutes it was sorted! thank you again.
