I just finished a session with Cyril and he helped me tremendously with my problem. It was also stress free witch is unusual to say the least. I'm not good with this stuff but he explained it so I could understand it.

J’ai eu un problème pour me connecter à mon compte DSers et je pensais devoir attendre longtemps avant d’obtenir de l’aide. J’ai donc contacté le service client sur Messenger. À ma grande surprise, Kimi m’a répondu immédiatement avec une réactivité incroyable. Il a pris le temps de comprendre ma situation et m’a guidé étape par étape avec des explications claires. Grâce à son aide, mon problème a été résolu très rapidement. Je suis vraiment impressionné : un service aussi rapide, humain et efficace mérite d’être mis en avant. Aurora showed me step by step how the order process works — from syncing Shopify orders into DSers, placing them on AliExpress, to getting the tracking updated automatically.
