I had the pleasure of working with Vivan today and she was such a tremendous help. I was having issues with my store products showing as sold out and she guided me with such patience on how to fix my issue. Being a person who is a visual learner, her taking pictures of the steps I needed to take to fix the issue helped tremendously. I wish i could put her on speeddial. Thank you again for your guidance.

Vivian is very helpful I can’t thank Vivian enough for the help she gave me with my online store. I was stuck with a major problem that I just couldn’t figure out on my own, but she stepped in and guided me through the entire process with patience and clarity. What I really appreciated was how she didn’t just fix the issue, but explained everything along the way so I actually understood what was going on. The app works so well, easy to use for beginners. It works fast and friendly, not too complicated to map with the suppliers. The support is really fast, I don't even need to wait so long and last , wanna give thanks for Vivian for helping me.

I had an isssue with mapping a supplier and was trying to resolve on my own with no success. The live chat suppport (Daryl) was able to fix my issue in minutes. I was very inmpressed by how easy it is to get an issue resolved

Excellent Support! I had an issue with my product showing as sold out on Shopify, and Kimi from DSers support was amazing. She quickly identified the problem, guided me step by step on how to fix the shipping zone and fulfillment settings, and thanks to her, everything is working perfectly now.
