I had some initial problems and my first order I could not forward to Ali express by myself then I contacted Luna support and all my problems were solved in 10 minutes. I have never contacted such a problem solver support as Luna. Thank you very much. Nice that you exist.

Estava muito desmotivado porque ninguem ficaria satisfeito de não ter uma prestação de serviço e ser cobrado, mas fui muito bem atendido pela coraboradora que prestou um excelete atendimento e fez por merecer CICO ESTRELAS.

Very nice and helpfull app , easy to use and have a lot of options and suppliers from ali . You can connect products to your store very easy and that makes the life of dropshipper happier! If only this app gave you the choice to decorate the package of your products with your brand name would be a top top app! But as the very assistant member of help center - Luna explained me they do not have to do with the shipping and that is fair ,so i can communicate with the supplier to do this .
