Disappointing Support and Lack of Real Help I'm writing this review because I'm extremely frustrated with the customer support for DSers. When I ran into a critical issue with my TikTok Shop orders not syncing correctly, I reached out for help, hoping to get a solution tailored to my problem. Unfortunately, the support was a major letdown. I only received generic, copy-pasted answers that didn't address the specific error message I was getting: "TikTok must place orders for items shipped from locations outside of China." The agent just kept repeating standard troubleshooting steps that I had already tried, without any real attempt to understand the complexity of my issue with the Shopify and TikTok integration. It's clear that their support team is not equipped to handle anything beyond the most basic problems. If you run into any unique technical issues, don't expect any real assistance. The app might work for simple dropshipping, but the support is useless when you need it most.

Selena was so helpful figured out what was wrong with a PayPal payment issue very fast which has been causing me some grief specially when i asked the agent if it was an issue on their side and they said no Selena figured out it was and cant thank her enough great support fast results 5 stars

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le support de DSers, et tout particulièrement Vivian, qui m’a accompagné avec un professionnalisme exemplaire. Son aide a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. J’étais complètement perdu concernant la synchronisation des stocks entre Shopify et AliExpress, et honnêtement, sans lui, je serais encore en train de chercher des réponses. Il a pris le temps de tout m’expliquer clairement, étape par étape, avec patience, pédagogie et bienveillance. Grâce à ses explications précises, j’ai enfin tout compris et pu mettre en place les bonnes pratiques. C’est rare de tomber sur un support aussi compétent, humain et impliqué. Ce genre d’accompagnement fait vraiment la différence, surtout quand on débute dans le e-commerce.

I’ve been using DSers for a while now, and I must say – this app truly makes dropshipping easier and more efficient! The product importing system is super smooth, and syncing with AliExpress works like a charm. Within just a few clicks, I can find, import, and publish products to my Shopify store. One of the best features is the bulk order processing. It saves me hours of manual work. I can literally fulfill hundreds of orders in a few minutes. Their automation is smart – from tracking numbers to pricing rules, everything is customizable and works perfectly with Shopify. I’ve contacted DSers support a few times, and every time they were quick, helpful, and friendly. You can feel they care about their users. Overall, DSers is a must-have tool for any serious dropshipper. Highly recommend it for beginners and pros alike! (5/5)
