I have been with Dsers for over 5 years and it is the most intuitive, easy app that I have tried for orders. I have had to use support many times over the years and have always been extremely happy when I get off the chat because they always solve my problem and leave me feeling relieved and heard. I give them 5 stars hands down. Today´s hero was Frankie who helped me re-map a product for an order. Amazing assistance as always.

The Best for AliExpress Dropshipping I’ve been using DSers for my Shopify store, and it has been an absolute game-changer for dropshipping from AliExpress. Customer Support – 10/10 The customer support team is top-notch. They respond quickly and are incredibly helpful when it comes to resolving any issues or answering questions about setting up and using the app. Having reliable support makes a huge difference, and DSers delivers on that front. Ease of Use & Automation – 10/10 The app itself is super simple to use, even for beginners. It automates order fulfillment seamlessly, saving tons of time and effort. Instead of manually processing each order, DSers makes it easy to manage bulk orders efficiently. Favorite Feature – Product Variant Separation One of the best features for me is the ability to take a product from AliExpress and separate the color variants while keeping the size variants intact. This means each color variant is imported into Shopify as a single listing, which gives me better control over product organization and presentation. It’s a feature I haven’t seen in many other dropshipping apps, and it makes a big difference in how I manage my store. I'd had to contact DSers a couple of times for issues with my items. First time, the connection got lost but I received an email from the agent to describe how to solve the problem. Second time, Chloe was wonderful!! She stayed on the line with me until I understood where the issues were resulting from. I even tried to push an item while she was still helping me and it worked perfectly. She was very patient with me too...
