DSER’s service is really fast and their resolution process is excellent. What I liked the most is that there is a real person available live who listens to your problems and provides solutions in real time. I have been looking for a long time to help import products to my store and I stumbled upon Dsers. When I couldn't figure out how it worked, I jumped on the Chat box and it was there that I truly got surprised. I'm new to selling online and had my first orders last month. I thought all I had to do was hit dsers fulfillment and that's all. Three weeks later I discovered that the orders hadn't been placed because I had to place them for the buyers. A million thanks to Dsers customer service for their patience and knowledge on how to help me through this learning stage. You guys saved my butt!!
