I download DSers App months ago with a personal email adress and have an issue with this e-mail adress went was the time to change for my business email adress , many issue , spend lots of time to try at solving the problem without success, Shopify Team and Sidekick are very precious to help, very good service with Shopify , so back to my story , the issue was difficult to solve , so it's about data , so anyone who will face the same problem , go at : account/link managed/whitelist is manage for AliExpress and others suppliers list , and reviews or change email as you need, if you still have difficulty, Support DSers , Aimee was my Superhero yesterday's , she sweet to chat , patient with user , I was very happy after she fix my issue . very helpful , Thank you again Aimee

Zico helped me to link my accounts. I was so lost in this. But he did a great job walking me through step by step.....Thank you!! So far Customer service by Zico is phenomenal

I am satisfied with the service and the quick response time of the advisors who are always ready to help. The application is efficient and does its job well so far. I am still at the beginning and haven’t had the chance to use it to its full potential yet, but my experience has been positive up to now.

Zoe me ayudó muchísimo con varias dudas que tuve respecto al proceso de sincronización de inventario entre Shopify y DSers. Fue ágil y rápida en sus respuestas, siempre acompañando con capturas de pantalla muy claras. Además, mostró mucha paciencia y profesionalismo al responder todas mis preguntas. Sin duda, una gran profesional que transmite confianza y hace que el uso de la herramienta sea mucho más sencillo.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. The chat is a god send especially since I am new to website sales. they answer all of my questions and help me with every step. I have not run into any unanswered problems or issues

The app can be quirky (because it's web-based). However, I had some very specific question I couldn't figure out about the app, but I requested help over Messenger and within a couple minutes Cyril was able to help and answered every question, helping me solve my original question and even troubleshot my issues himself. Highly recommmend. IF you EVER have any issues, just contact them, they're highly receptive and helpful.
