I was having such a hard time figuring out product pricing, shipping, and seamlessly syncing everything to my shop. Dropshipping isn't the easiest thing to learn on your own, and I honestly almost disconnected from DSers (I am stubborn and hate asking for help). After putting my ego aside I decided to just ask what I was confused about. I highly recommend skipping the part of trying to figure it out by trial and error-- Rita was incredibly helpful when navigating all of the options for my shop! Their customer service is on point and they respond quickly. 1000000000% recommend this app.

I love this app. I was having trouble setting up this app but they have 24/7 customer service and Blanca from dsers helped me get things going in less than 15 minutes!!!! she was very helpful and the setup was fast and makes the ordering process easy

Customer service is excellent Especially (Blanca). The team stands out for their quick response, courteous behavior, and professionalism in resolving issues. My request was handled with great attention, and an appropriate solution was provided in a very timely manner, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction. It was a positive experience, and I highly recommend dealing with them.

I had a lot of issues trying to fulfill some orders and had no idea what to do at one point so I reached out to support and Kimi helped me sort everything out so quickly and easily it was amazing. I don't know what I would have done without her she was such a huge help!
