I had a great experience working with Layla while trying to navigate AliExpress and the DSers app. Honestly, the process was very confusing and involved so many moving parts. I was able to successfully place an order, but the whole process felt pretty choppy, and I’m definitely not a fan of how complicated it can be. That being said, Layla was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to help me work through everything without making me feel overwhelmed. I was having an issue with my DSers/AliExpress account, and Luna was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything to me step by step and made sure I understood what I needed to do to fix the problem. I really appreciated her patience and the way she guided me through everything instead of simply giving me a quick answer.
