I’ve been using the DSers app and overall it’s been a great experience The app is very useful for managing orders and streamlining the whole dropshipping process. What really stood out for me is the customer support, especially Luna, who was incredibly helpful. She quickly understood my issues related to DSers and provided clear, effective solutions. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend the app and their support team!

I had an issue with a "test" order and Sandy from DSers was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She was very patient after she found out what I did wrong. She explained what I did, how to correct it and how to move forward. I really appreciate her help. Its very encouraging as a new business owner to know this level of support is available to me. Great customer service. Shoutout to Cyril for all the assistance. But maybe not too much on the push for positive reviews next time, Cyril. I know your job hinges on that. So this is probably more of a message to your bosses. Hey bosses, stop pushing your support team to agress us to give you positive reviews. We like you guys already. Don't try so hard. Sheesh!
