I haven't had an order yet so I can't comment on that, but the customer service is 10/10 - I reached out via facebook messenger, got connected to a real person right away! Rfimp not only answered my questions but he also provided me with screenshots of exactly what to do, and he was a pleasure to talk to. I am not great with technology, so having support like this makes me way more comfortable moving forward! Thanks Rfimp!

Luna, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly patient and provided clear, professional guidance. His responses were quick, and he helped me fully understand and resolve the problem.
