I am a beginner and just started my journey. During the setup i had questions that i could not find answers to. So I started up a chat with Luna to find out more about the flow of orders. She was very informative and made my day a lot better with quick and knowledgeable responses. DSer certainly makes dropshipping a adventure, but a beautiful one.

DSers is good, I enjoy their service but some things were confusing at first. Thankfully they have AMAZING support right via messenger, a special big thank you to Zina who not only quickly and effectively helped me resolve my issue but also made me feel understood and prioritized. Au top!!! mais vraiment... que dire, j'ai eu besoin du support que 2 fois en 1 an et demi et a chaque fois, mon problème est réglé hyper efficacement. Aujourd'hui c'est Aimee que j'ai eu en chat et gros merci à elle pour m'avoir aidé a me sortir de l'impasse dans laquelle j'étais. DSERS est ce qui se fait de mieux pour la gestion des commandes et surtout son support qui te sort de la galère si besoin!!! et j'en ai essayé d'autres avant croyez-moi, bref, je recommande et je dis même plus, que c'est indispensable si vous souhaitez être tranquille pour gérer vos commandes sereinement!!! I just had Hayley, Christmas morning with Hayley helping me learn and fix my orders i messed up . Best gift ever was her, she was patient and kind and great humor. I hope to get her again as we all know there will a again for me lol.
