The support I received from agent Selena was fantastic; they have one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She helped me at every step, was quick and friendly, and most importantly, she resolved all my questions without leaving me alone for even a moment. She guided me through my issue until it was fully resolved. I highly recommend this app; it’s functional, and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much, Selena! estoy muy agradecido con Desers porque me han brindado gran asesoría y mucho apoyo en todas mis dudas sobre el manejo de la aplicación, especialmente quiero decirles que tienen una excelente asesora quien me dijo que su nombre es Zico, para mi opinión estas son las personas especiales de debe tener toda compañía porque hacen muy feliz al cliente y por esta razón seguiré con mi plan de permanencia en la aplicación por muchos años, quedando muy complacido con ese excelente servicio muchas gracias.
