Wow! I have spent an hour with Chrissy from DSers customer service chat. I must have asked her hundreds of questions I had about not just DSers platform but also Aliexpress. She went far and beyond to help me understand how everything works. All the answers to my questions ( which I searched all over YouTube and reddit) were answered by her in the last hour. I've never experienced such great customer service from a product. Wow. I am so glad I signed up with them. Thank you Chrissy!

Great application. Has made dropshipping very easy. If i ever have an issue the live chat team are extremely helpful and have always solved my issues immediately. Rfimp in particular was super helpful.

Je suis agréablement surprise de la prise en charge par tchat avec Selena. Elle s'est montrée très disponible, j'ai eu du mal à comprendre certaine choses mais elle a toujours répondu et fait en sorte que j'arrive à comprendre.
