Simply comparing with my own google ads and pinterest ads. Spent more than 1k and getting a 3 conversion is funny. Just time consuming. 2nd chance is my fault that I tried a year ago. Guys no one need this go with chatgpt can give better results than this. Wish can drop a screen shot of their funny system 1 week 2k usd spend. and really doesn't understand how shopify supports us on these kind of dummy products

My experience with Easy Ads for Facebook Ads has been quite underwhelming. The support provided thus far has been mediocre at best, lacking the professionalism one would expect from a business app. Firstly, the app itself leaves much to be desired. It doesn't offer as many features as I had hoped for, and I found it to be quite limited in functionality. Additionally, I encountered several bugs while using the app, which only added to my frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend Easy Ads for Facebook Ads based on my experience. With subpar support and a lackluster app, it falls short of expectations. In future if this changes in making it a more reliable and user-friendly tool for managing Facebook Ads, with better support, i'll change my review accordingly.

I installed the Easy Ads App in late December 2023. Let it run for a few weeks and it didn't generate any sales. I asked for help through their support, and all I got was excuses about why it doesn't work, instead of solutions. I actually was pleading with them to assist me in getting it to work. After no joy in dealing with two different people, namely: Ouissal and Millenni, I then told them that I'd rather delete the app. After this, someone else named Maria suggested a call with me to get it working and directed me to their calendar to schedule the call. Which I happily tried to do. Unfortunately, the calendar was fully booked. So I contacted them again asking when could a slot be made available and was told they would get back to me if a cancellation happened. This was on the 24th of January 2024. Today is the 12 Feb and I haven't heard anything from anyone. The scary part is that the diary is probably fully booked because so many people are having trouble using the app and are booking support calls. I was rather disappointed as I believed that the "Easy Ads" app was a good app and that I was doing something wrong and thus asked for help. Sadly it was not forthcoming. Anyway, I am now exploring alternative solutions. I've given these guys more than enough time and opportunity to assist me in getting their app to work. Moving forwards and onwards.

Installed on Jan 2, spent several hundred USDs, got practically nothing, unistalled on Jan 12, and today received bill of 27.95 USD. I know I passed the 7 days free trial. So, that is it.

USELESS APP WASTED MY MONEY

It didn't work for me. After testing and adjusting the ad settings no additional click or conversion occurred. It might work for someone but I don't think it worths any investment.

I'd be more than willing to share the names of the partners and designers involved to attest to the credibility of the design. Additionally, my product catalog consists of over 2000 authentic items with proven market appeal. While I understand the importance of a well-optimized store and product selection, I've chosen to explore other solutions. Currently, I am using a different application that has seamlessly addressed the glitches I encountered on the ads manager. The results have been outstanding, with significant conversions. App developers can only approve a refund from their partner portal or issue app credits. We do not have any access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you. Used for 4 months, never got to 1% click-thru-rate, never made a single sale. Money, effort & time was wasted.

When you first started using our app and requested feedback, as a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we provided you with a full list of recommendations to help you improve your CTR and conversion rate on your website. The second time you used our app, we asked for feedback before getting started with your funnel which you have not. In your email, you'll find an email from us with a full analysis of your website showing the areas that require fixes and improvement. As a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we, unfortunately, can not recommend you run ads or paid promotions of any type until you fix the pending issues that are making your website's load speed severely below average and your on-site user experience poor. We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.
