I initially found some of the settings in the Easyship app a bit confusing, but the customer support chat team was incredibly helpful and guided me through everything step by step. Their responsiveness and professionalism made the setup process much smoother, and I really appreciate their assistance. Overall, the app itself is fantastic — it’s very well-designed, user-friendly, and has all the features needed to manage international shipping efficiently. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Easyship to anyone looking to streamline their shipping operations.

Terrible company, do not use. Purchased one label, fine. Second label, blocked my payment 5 times, then took my money, then blocked my account, then asked me to verify my identity. Then the customer service rep said they wouldn’t unblock it unless I answered questions about my shipping volume and website, then they approved me when I asked to file a complaint. Useless. Beware.

had a problem with UPS over charging, I told EasyShip and they got it resolved.

Terrible service, I have used it for a while but there is ONE carrier they have keep giving me hard time for international orders. It had me lost at least 10 packages in the past. I stopped used it but forgot to cancel the subscription only 3 days over, they refused to refund me. I have lost way more than that with this shipping company. Dont recommended.

Never use this app. UPS will not deliver your packages to your customers. Instead, they will leave them at a pickup location without notifying the customer or us. Then, they return the package without warning. You lose the sale, you lose the cost of shipping, you lose the customer, and that’s not even the worst part. You will also be charged up to €21 extra per returned package. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing integration with Shopify and live shipping. It's the easiest platform I have used so far to connect to my Shopify store without needed Add-ons. Everything works quickly and product chnges within Easyship update in real time on my website for live shipping updates. Having 3 options for customers to choose at checkout is also great. Live rates have been spot on with my Australia Post My Business App aswell.

Been using them for over a month now. Nice prices and good service. I had a problem with 1 package out of about 50 sent and Lauretta from the CS team worked with me over more than 2 weeks to resolve the problem and also to help me get a refund for that package. I have and will highly recommend them.

EasyShip is not capable of shipping orders that cannot fit into 1 box. If the order needs to go into 2 boxes or more, the platform cannot handle it correctly.

The Easyship team is always very responsive and solution-oriented and the the service is easy to navigate however it is not always that the fees are competetive with market rates.
