We've been using Easyship for a couple of years and rely on it daily to ship out our orders. It is very simple to set up and use and the support team is excellent. They are also constantly adding new features and improving the platform which is great to see.

Really wanted to like this app. Was an early adopter but customer service can be so frustrating. Took way too long to hear back from them. Had an issue where Media Mail became a shipping option (their backend issue) and I lost money on shipping. Took customer service too long to address this. And was never offered a refund. Was supposed to have Chat as an option based on my plan but didn't show up whenever I tried to contact them. Clearly I was not a priority.

First of all, in regards to the Media Mail matter, there was a technical issue that resulted in the issues you've described, but this was quickly highlighted and refunds were issued to all of those who were affected. I apologise that it took us too long to resolve, but unfortunately, this was a complex tech issue that required an investigation and fix from our Development Team. As a novice start up entrepreneur I’ve relied heavily on enlisting the right team and technologies for my eCommerce venture. By installing the Easyship app on my store I’ve opened up a whole new world of possibilities for positive customer engagement, seamless shopping cart experiences, reliable warehousing, logistics and shipping. This is backed up with top quality support for store owners. From my perspective the most appealing feature with Easyship is the opportunity for customers to view three attractive options at the checkout: (1) cheapest (2) fastest (3) best value shipping. The added advantage of being able to offer pre-paid taxes, duties and insurance makes this app a winner!

Excellent app, easy to integrate and setup. Few issues with the upfront pricing calculation, but the support team are EXCELLENT and quick to fix. I imagine these are more teething issues for the business as it grows. They also helped us find a 3PL that is integrated with EasyShip... it was truly a plug/play. Would highly recommend it.

Have been an Easyship user since the start. And we can say that they have improved tons and are glad to be witnessing this growth and improvement on their part. Customer support is great despite current supply chain issues.

We have used EasyShip to scale our international shipping from one location in Australia to now running shipping out of Australia, EU and US. While there are always hiccups, the great customer support has meant if we run into trouble problems get solved quickly. We had no e-commerce experience when we started out and feel grateful we had a partner in Easyship that had the patience to help us scale up.

I used this app since 2019, it works great for all the functions and the dashboard UI is also very easy to work with.

The public estimate price was $21 cheaper than what was actually quoted once i had signed up for an account. The support representative said the publicly displayed prices are just an estimate. (Even though you put in Origin, Destination and weight) In my case a 0.5kg box with dimensions of 10x10x10cm was $21 different in price? So im not sure what their estimate is based off of, maybe a piece of paper. Classic bait and switch. Uninstalled
Hi there, Thank you for providing your feedback, I can confirm that the prices provided on our rate calculator (https://www.easyship.com/en-gb/shipping-rate-calculator/unitedkingdom-to-usa) are an estimate, this is because we require full information on the shipment to provide a full calculation. I can confirm there is no 'bait and switch' as you will see from all the great feedback on this page! We've tried to reach out to you to help with this issue but we haven't had a response? They charged me for 23kgs when my item was only 1.5kgs and then a redelivery fee (for supposedly 3 attempts) when tracking shows 1 attempt & taken to depot within 2hrs, no other attempts To dispute they asked me for specific photos showing product in box with measurements and weight showing which i did. Its been over a month and still funds not returned!

We appreciate it's frustrating to provide images of the shipment but this is not a request on our part, it is from the courier; simply put, they will not consider any adjustment dispute without evidence which is why we are obliged to make this request. In this case, our CS Team tried to contact you multiple times to provide more information, but we did not receive a response. As a goodwill gesture, we have waived the adjustment fee and the redelivery fee on this occasion. I can assure you we will always fight to get the right outcome for you but we do appreciate any patience you can give us while we dispute with the Courier. All the best, Easyship

This app has indeed made shipping so much easier for us. However, there still a few tech limitations such as live updates on address changes and orders. Certain countries and couriers are not supported to which is a shame! Support wise, it's all good! Update* Ever since the introduction of the easyship insurance coverage, it has given us a peace of mind and has helped us with operations significantly. I would applaud the Easyship team to keep up the good work!

EasyShip is the best solution for our company as we have 2 warehouses located in two different continents; Cooperation with ESH allows us to use different shipping options to ship the orders from different warehouses to customers from one dashboard, in one click, without having to negotiate rates. Special thanks to our customer success manager - Krish Sabnani; he is always in touch, supports and assists us under different circumstances and special cases.

Easy Ship app helps to reduce our adminstrative workload by integrating with Shopify and provide update to the order once book. Great customer service too.

I tried the 30 day free trial to see how this service would be for our store and it has been a nightmare. We sent a package to a customer from the USA to Portugal and her order has been sitting in their processing center since December 2nd and they refuse to assist with this situation. We are for sure removing this app from our store and going with on that is reliable! NOT RECOMMENDED!

As we have discussed, we had to wait for the courier to complete their responsibilities, although as you know, our Support team chased them constantly to get updates wherever possible. We were happy to provide a refund as a goodwill gesture, despite being under no obligation to do so, as the responsibility for the shipment is with the courier, once a carrier has been selected and the shipment has been sent. Great app and service, way to get your cost of shipping down. The team there is awesome and always here to help. Customer service is responsive and efficient. If you are looking at improving your shipping process, no doubt you should at least take some time to talk with them.

We have been working with EasyShip for almost 2 years. They have ALWAYS had a great support team. They almost always have a member online to help you with anything inside their portal. They can find any issue with any package. Their abilities to get good rates and sync directly into Shopify is great. Shout out to Daniel who is our rep and is always very helpful!

ZERO stars. Despite the many negative reviews of feed syncing issues and money lost due to incorrect shipment rates provided to customers, I gave this app a try. Do not make the same mistake. The technical support shows no haste in resolving issues and minimal attempt in troubleshooting with little transparency. Time between my first ticket and the last correspondence from them (in which they finally showed signs of troubleshooting) was 7 weeks. Proving a complete lack of haste and disregard for customer service AND the satisfaction of my customers impacted by the EasyShip technical issues. Not to mention the money I lost due to incorrect EasyShip rates being displayed to customers...rates EasyShip refuses to make good since I refuse to reactivate their integration on my store given the above. I will absolutely not risk further customer dissatisfaction to my business and will be recommending others do not make the same mistake.

Out of ShipStation, Shippo, and EasyShip, I have had the easiest experience getting started with EasyShip-- they are true to their name! The main things I needed to start were: 1. Generating labels for 4x7 thermal printer 2. Calculating live shipping rates at checkout in my Shopify store 3. Clear setup of products and boxes for accurate shipping rates 4. Ability to offer free shipping up to a certain amount #2 was especially huge for me as I did not want customers to get unexpected shipping prices, as I'm still learning how to ship things I am not confident yet in what my shipping rates were. I did a test shipment to myself and it was seamless, it's everything I could ask for right off the bat.
