Even I selected orders to export, current system doesn’t work well. The app picks all orders, or different orders.

Hello! Please, be so kind to contact our Support via e-mail about this issue. We are checking the Orders export and can confirm that everything in the app works as expected. We would need to know a specific Job ID, which for you didn't work as needed - then we can zoom in and understand what happened. Thank you very much! 🙏 ===================== UPDATE 2025-09-15: ===================== Merchant did contact our support and the issue was that merchant had misunderstood existing app functionality. Based on details that merchant had provided to us we also adjusted the app to fit the specific use-case (to be able to apply Export Filters when changing the Preset, when coming from Admin "Export Items with Matrixify" menu). After we added the requested feature to the app, the merchant no longer responded to our contact attempts to resolve this issue. We would still love to get in touch to clarify if the app now works as you expected and if the issues mentioned in the review are now resolved.

Hello! Very sorry, during the latest week there are several Shopify stores for which the Shopify API requests of Products fail with the error code "UNAVAILABLE", saying that a certain products page is not available to read. We have raised this issue with Shopify, and they have confirmed that they are investigating the issue. Sadly, we cannot fix this from our end, and all we can do at the moment is wait for Shopify's solution. As soon as we get an update from Shopify, we will let you know... ================ UPDATE 2025-08-22: ================ Shopify has resolved the API issue and the Merchant has confirmed that their export has completed normally now. Also Shopify informed us that they will monitor any further such incidents and will work on fixing the root causes of such errors. Also, we will do our best to continue monitoring those issues from our end, and will inform Shopify as soon as we notice such. Sorry once again for the trouble caused, and very thankful for your responsiveness and collaboration on resolving this issue for you.

Ottima app, riesce a essere funzionale anche con il free plan (cosa rara su Shopify Store), e questo li porta due gradini sopra gli altri come servizio. Ovviamente se volete lavorare più in fretta e in vera Bulk Mode, allora i piani a pagamento rendono al massimo. Ma la possibilità di poterlo usare free, seppur con dei limiti, ti fa capire davvero il potenziale e la comodità dell'app e ti dà il tempo di conoscerla senza avere la pressione del pagamento.

I have been using Matrixify for years without problem - did what I wanted well. Suddenly I had a problem about an export structure that was overwritten. I wrote to customer support in the app and a bot replied - not a bad reply. Then Rebeka jumped onto the thread and guided me through how to fix the problen and set Matrixify again so it would not be a problem again. Things can go wrong but it is how it is handled that matters. This was 10 star support!
