Facebook orders do not sync and integrate with the Shopify platform. Facebook confirms the order has been placed, but nothing shows up on the Shopify end. I used to love the Shopify platform, but recently it has been nothing but a nightmare. After reading hundreds of forums and spending countless hours, still no response from the Shopify support. We all would appreciate some help before we change to another platform.

It is not possible to install the App since Facebook had its big breakdown this week. It is a pity and I am very disappointed.

shopify is not acknowledging orders from facebook and the shipping labels tracking info is not being sent over to facebook. Shopify staff will not even fix the issue so it is time to find a platform that actually cares about its members business. This is a shameful company!

It got disconnected when it asked me to update the app. Now I try to connect again with my accounts and it says that I do not have a commercial account (if I have !! before it worked perfect) and also the messenger chat was installed only on my site, which I do not want. I need a solution.

I cant use shopify marketing to publish retargetting ads..... It keeps getting rejected over and over again saying something is wrong with Facebook.

The Facebook integration with Shopify is useless. I cannot access my catalog, I am constantly dealing with technical issues, and after a recent update the app stopped worked entirely. I do not recommend this. Facebook does not integrated easily with Shopify.

Don’t waste your time, support is horrible and the app will not connect. There’s a reason why it’s free.

I only want to use Instagram where I can add tags to my website, not the Facebook website that directs to my Shopify checkout. I don't really want to connect both Facebook and Instagram, surely you can connect whichever you please! Facebook always saying 'Request to review issues' ... there's nothing wrong with any of my products - hence I just uninstalled facebook shop. Besides Facebook business manager and Facebook page is so confusing!!

I sent a support request a week ago asking about how to use and configure the App as it is clear that the data fields the app is sending do not correspond to usable data being injected by the Facebook Platform. As of today, they still have not gotten back to me. I am leaving a bad review because 1) the code is written badly and data points for catalog manager don't sync and 2) because they are refusing to respond to my support request. I will update this review if anything changes.

Only uploads 1 photo and no longer lets you run a promotion from Facebook commerce manager. Shopify blames Facebook, Facebook blames shopify so nothing can get resolved.

We can't connect our Shopify account with Facebook. It says our catalog is already connected. There is no dedicated point of customer service, just opening and reopening the same windows in a hall of mirrors. Our emails go nowhere. Facebook will also not let us change our name because it violates policies, when it clearly doesn't. So beyond frustrating.

The app uses the "compare with" amount when displaying stock items on Facebook but Shopify uses - rightly so - the "price" figure for sales. Until this app uses the same figure it is useless as sometimes the "compare with" is used for the RRP and sales price may be higher due to scarcity of stock.

Why this app isn’t compatible with your store,Obviously this is a program aimed at Chinese merchants and is not allowed to open!I am very frustrated. Facebook has become more and more effective in suppressing China!

Too many errors after adding this. Old pixel is still on fb, unable to edit iOS preferences for new pixel. Unable to change the old pixel in running ads.

What went wrong after smooth running of this app for past 1.5 years, this month my catalogue is disconnected and im getting all sorts of errors like ( These events data sources have various errors that prevent them from working correctly.) IN FACEBOOK CATALOG MANAGER My catalogue dynamic ads have stopped working, my data source for catalogue is through data feed and it automatically keeps updating and causing errors. . THERE ARE SOME PRODUCTS THAT DONT MEET THE CRITERIA, I HAVE DEACTIVATED BUT SOMEHOW IT SHOWS ON MY CATALOGUE IN FACEBOOK. Errors take ages and facebook is helpless and clueless. . HARD CODED PIXEL IN PREFERENCE SECTION OF SHOPIFY WAS SO BETTER. . SYSTEM USER HAS TAKEN OVER MY FACEBOOK PAGE ROLE AND IT NEVER GOES AWAY WHEN I TRY TO DELETE IT FROM FACEBOOK BUSINESS SETTINGS. . IS THERE ANY ALTERNATE APP OR SOLUTION SEEKING HELP FROM SHOPIFY OR ANY USER HERE PLEASE HELPPPPPP ! EVERYTIME I CONNECT MY CATALOGUE IT SAYS FACEBOOK AND INSTA SHOP NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION, WELL MY INSTAGRAM SHOPPING IS STILL WORKING FINE AND MY FACEBOOK SHOP HAS VANISHED. . HORRIBLE experience! I installed, worked real hard to get 10,000 followers on IG, did it and got the swipe up tagging. Had IG working for a few weeks, while FB for about a year. My FB page is older and I have over 45 grand followers. Thought this was a good idea after they invited me to install the app. Sold some things on FB and IG and all of the sudden they disabled the shops and withheld $467 of my money requesting that I prove my identity. I sent all sorts of ID and now they want me to show a phone bill with my website name on it to prove that my phone number is my business's number. I do not have a brick and mortar shop. The phone account is in my personal name and I have two phones and two numbers. One personal, one business. They will not accept that and have put me through hell trying to prove who I am for 7 weeks. Their customer service beyond sucks. I have disconnected this app, written off the money that they basically stole. Do not trust Facebook. If you have a problem too bad for you. I have been selling online 24 years and with Shopify 8 years. This is the worst experience ever. Facebook channel gets thumbs down and their customer service get 5 thumbs down

This app is causing my pixel to misfire in multiple ways causing me sales. It’s also loading old products that aren’t even in my admin anymore and not new products. I’ve contacted shopify several times to be told pixel issues are facebooks problem. I spent 6 days messaging with facebooks useless team to be told it’s not their problem because it’s through this shopify app. This is losing me money because my ads can’t optimize due to bad data. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and the problems don’t get better. I’ve asked shopify to delete this app and remove any old code and I’ll see if a complete clear out and reinstall improves it. I’ll remove this review if the problems get worked out.

Awful experience. Half the time my products won't even sync from Shopify to Facebook without any reason. I was also not able to use a Facebook commerce account, and my questions were not answered by Facebook's customer service either.

When it comes to commerce account approvals and product approvals this is something determined directly by Facebook that Shopify does not have a hand it. This app will kill your budget, the bug come up at 10th but after 10 days they dont fix it, i have to turn off ads account because of this app
