I tend to be pretty tedious in ensuring that the apps we add to our Shopify store match the rest of our branding. I contacted Fera with a singular question which then turned into quite a few updates and Roel quickly assisted me in making quite a bit of magic happen. We just launched and the ability to sync our Amazon reviews and introduce automated review requests has been a game changer for us!

Great app so far, wish there is attribute rating and customer profile, so we can filter the reviews by customer attributes

Absolutely fab app , we now have over 2000 reviews imported seamlessly from etsy to shopify , the team is amazing support is almost instant and always perfect could not be happier

One of the VERY FEW apps I've been OK being billed for on Shopify...most simply do not work, or break other apps. Fera is excellent so far, great ability to leverage-in some of our channel reviews as well.

Excellent app that we will use ongoing for our store. We have a huge catalog, so getting reviews for all products is challenging on our own - the connection to Amazon is seamless and incredibly valuable. All support questions have been addressed immediately, almost always same-day.

Outstanding app, outstanding customer support. "Holden" from the customer support team fixed some silly connection problems I had and stayed with me to go through specific tutorials. Usually, you have to pay for this kind of assistance, but he provided it without any charges. Stop here and save time; there's no need to keep searching!
