Fera Product Reviews App

I used this app to help me show how great my products are by allowing my customers leave a review and influence others to purchase.

I've been using Fera for a long time now. I love how user-friendly it is and how easy I can integrate it into both of my shopify stores! I'm very happy with the service I received when contacting Fera on their live chat service. They were prompt to reply and were able to offer great advice. Very happy customer.

great customer service! needed some help to fix appearance to match my storefront and it was very fast. thank you for the quick help.

Testimonial creation so helpful. So nicely prompted. Very good to handle and execute.Like to know more about fera.

10/10 app. Highly rate it as it seems to integrate with everything! Really intuitive app, no bugs and support staff are amazing

The UI of the app is great but there are really bugs everywhere. I had to message support every step of the way. Finally a display bug had to be looked at by their IT. It's been 3 days without any feedback, after 3 days of trying to get it set up. Moving to one of the many other competitors, please test your apps before launching.

gooddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

Appreciate the help today, looking forward to explore all the the product capabilities and all the widgets are visually appealing. Thank you Holden for the fast response and guidance!

ich hab einige Bewertungs-App ausprobiert und das hier ist mit Abstand die beste. Unfassbar viele Funktionen und toller Überblick!

Very easy to use! Great customer service and quick response times! Just waiting for reviews to come in!

Awesome app for product and store reviews on Shopify store Clean widgets to show on store and automated review request make it so useful

Why didn't i use this app sooner!! ffs Customization functionality is soo useful to ensure app and website brand is fully aligned!!

This app is great and I've installed on two of my stores! Love that you can customize the design and have star ratings for products as well as the store. Customer support is great and fast. Highly recommended!

Very helpful customer support! Needed some help customizing and they were very prompt and friendly. The app works great.

Fera customer service team was awesome! Really taking the time to help me and fulfill anything that I needed. Great job, thank you!

I was using a different review app.. but this one just performs so much better. Highly recommend. :)

This is a full-featured app that doesn't break our budget. I used the free version for 3 weeks just to poke around a bit, then immediately upgraded. I'm able to easily customize so many aspects, including all emails & widgets with my brand colors, logo, etc. The UI is super straightforward & no-brainer. I can send one-time review requests which is helpful because my store has been open for almost two years, but only installed this a few months ago. We tried the Yotpo app for a few weeks and really struggled with it — not enough features, too much custom coding, plus it's impossible to delete, ugh, it's still causing issues for us. The review incentive feature integrates seamlessly into my admin panel under "Discounts". I don't have to do a thing. In fact, everything about the Fera app integrates seamlessly with my store. It seems the developers know more about the Shopify platform than Shopify itself! Fera support is fast. I never wait for more than a couple minutes (sometimes less) and any questions or unique issues I have are resolved quickly. Their support team is very knowledgeable — friendly too! I'm a bit of a noob, but they have been very patient and willing to explain in a way that I can understand. Overall, it's very short learning curve. I'd give the app and support team 10 stars if I could!

The best experience and customer service I have had with an App on Shopify! Highly Recommended to all!

I love how easy this app is to use! It really exceeded my expectations when it comes to leaving reviews!

Great app to use to get reviews from customer and get more sales in the ecommerce store. I highly recommend it.
