I researched the best app for adding customer reviews to my website and I selected Fera. It was really easy to set up and start using. Highly recommend!

I used this app to send out review requests and gather photos/ videos. I also used it for incentives based on reviews received. I tried some other apps but the free versions did not include what I needed. I love Fera's simplicity and its design, especially the options to customize the positioning and the exact look of the reviews. The videos provided within the app are very detailed as far as how to install and customize the app. This is a great app, and simple enough for someone just starting out!

So far so good using Feria reviews app. I had an issue with a carousel and I was assisted in a timely manner. Customer support is prompt if you have any issues.

Before I decided to install this app, I tried different ones and this was the better one because it allows you to easily and fully configure it.

Cambie esta app por YOTPO que usaba anteriormente y es mucho más simple y fácil de usar. Además me ahorro muchísimo en costos. Estoy bastante contento con la app

Had a website glitch and the team was very rapid in responding and getting it fixed. I was shocked at how fast the service was and thought I would have to wait days for a fix. Having a glitchy site was stressing me out and the agent took those worries away. Very Impressed with the rapid response and lightning fast resolution
